La adaptación en Argentina Inventario de Alianza de Trabajo en su versión Observador, IAT-A-O. = The adaptation in Argentina of the Working Alliance in Inventory in its Observer form, IAT-A-O.

RESUMEN

El objetivo del póster es presentar la adaptación Argentina del WAI-O (Working Alliance Inventory - Observer), es decir, la escala de alianza de trabajo evaluada por jueces externos entrenados. Para lograr dicha adaptación, se utilizó la escala original, en inglés (Horvath, 1981; Horvath & Greenberg, 1986, 1989), y las adaptaciones chilena (Santibáñez, 2003) y española (Andrade, en preparación), ambas en sus versiones para terapeuta y paciente. Una traducción cruzada de la escala original del inglés al español y luego nuevamente al inglés fue realizada, así como modificaciones a la escala obtenida con ayuda de las otras versiones en idioma español y pruebas realizadas con jueces sobre material clínico audio grabado y trascripto. Para la obtención del material clínico para dicha adaptación, se trabajó con sesiones audio grabadas de tratamientos psicoterapéuticos psicoanalíticos y cognitivos. Para ello, se obtuvieron tanto de paciente como terapeuta los consentimientos informados adecuados para la grabación y uso de las mismas para la investigación, así como datos personales del terapeuta y paciente.

ABSTRACT

The goal of this poster is to present the Argentinean adaptation of the WAI-O (Working Alliance Inventory - Observer), that is, the working alliance scale evaluated by external trained judges. To achieve such adaptation, the original English scale (Horvath, 1981; Horvath & Greenberg, 1986, 1989) was used, as well as the Chilean adaptation (Santibáñez, 2003) and the Spanish (Andrade, in preparation), both in its therapist and patient versions. A crossed-translation from the original English scale to the Spanish, and then back to the English has been realized, as well as the modifications of the scale obtained with the help of the other versions in the Spanish language and tests realized with judges over clinical audio-taped and transcribed material. To obtain the clinical material for such adaptation, we worked with audio-taped sessions from psychoanalytic and cognitive psychotherapeutic treatments. In order to do that, we obtained adequate informed consents, both from the patient as from the therapist, for the taping and using of the sessions for the research, as well as personal data from the therapist and patient.
