La precariedad laboral y su impacto en la salud de los trabajadores. = Labor precariousness and its impact in the workers health.

En la presente ponencia describiremos y analizaremos los hallazgos realizados de nuestra investigación realizada en el marco de nuestra tesis de maestría. El problema central que plantearemos será el impacto que tiene la precariedad laboral, particularmente la inestabilidad laboral en la salud de los trabajadores. Entendemos que a partir del proceso de afrontamiento (coping) de los sujetos frente a la inestabilidad laboral, entendida como agente estresor, aparecerán una serie de trastornos que no siempre se asociarán a las situaciones generadas en el trabajo. Aplicamos una encuesta autoadministrada a trabajadores técnicos-profesionales de la ciudad de La Plata, todos trabajadores contratados temporales. La gran mayoría de nuestros encuestados expresaba que la inestabilidad laboral era su mayor preocupación en sus empleos, estando por encima de la capacidad de progreso e incluso sobre el salario. En cuanto a la relación entre inestabilidad laboral y salud delimitamos tres grandes grupos en función al impacto del fenómeno estresor y la salud de los trabajadores. Del total de los encuestados registramos un 26% de la muestra en donde se observaba la relación estrecha entre la inestabilidad laboral y los trastornos.

In the present presentation we will describe and we will analyze the finds carried out of our investigation carried out in the framework of our thesis of mastery. The central problem that will present be the impact that has the labor precariousness, particularly the insecurity job in the health of the workers. We understand that from the process of confrontation (coping) of the subjects set against the insecurity job, understood as the agent estresor, appears a series of pathologies that not always itself associate to the situations generated in the work. We apply a survey auto administered to industrious technical - professional of La Plata city, all temporary workers. The great greater of ours polled expressed that the insecurity job was its greater one preocupation in its jobs, being above the capacity of progress and even on the salary. As for the relation between insecurity job and health we delimit three groups in function to impact of the phenomenon estresor and the health of the workers. Of the total of the polled we register 26% of the sample where the narrow relation between the insecurity job was relation with their pathologies.
