RESUMEN
Este trabajo intenta localizar los usos y movimientos conceptuales que se dan en el inicio de la Obra freudiana entre la 'defensa' y la 'represión', durante el período 1893 - 1915. Se tomará como linea directriz para trabajar dichos conceptos retroactivamente, lo planteado por Freud en torno a dichos términos, en el apartado C, de la ADDENDA de 'Inhibición, Síntoma y Angustia' donde el mismo Freud, refiere el abandono y sustitución de la expresión 'proceso defensivo' por el concepto de represión. Sustitución que dejará, según el mismo Freud, los nexos entre dichos conceptos indeterminados.

ABSTRACT
This work attempts to localize the uses and conceptual movements that are set in the beginning of Freud’s work between 'defense' and 'repression', during the 1893-1915 period. To retroactively develop these concepts, it will be taken as a directive the concepts proposed by Freud around these terms, in the appendix C of the ADDENDA, of 'Inhibition, symptom and anguish' where it is Freud itself who refers to the abandonment and substitution of the expression 'defensive process' by the concept of repression. It is this substitution that will leave, according to Freud, the nexus among the undetermined concepts.
