Fenómenos delusionales en transferencia. = The delusive dimension of the transference.

La transferencia analítica aloja fenómenos y mueve a construcciones localizables también en el abordaje psicoterapéutico de la locura. Ambos campos comparten entre otros rasgos, la inquietud y la interrogación de los analistas en relación al activismo terapéutico. La transferencia tiene raíces en lo delusional. El tendido de puentes entre uno y otro campo ilumina las fuentes y el material de la transferencia, enriquece el bagaje técnico para abordar psicoanalíticamente la locura y muestra el alcance de principio de abstinencia. Concebimos la locura en términos de fenómenos y acontecimientos transferencialmente situables más que desde el exterior de la experiencia y proponemos que el tendido de puentes entre lo delusonal y la transferencia contribuirá por un lado al diseño de dispositivos que permitan una práctica clínica definida por la referencia al inconsciente, facilitando - aun si falla - la sona de superposición entre asociación libre y atención flotante, condiciones que hacen posible la interpretación y promueven su alcance. Por otro lado sera posible interrogar qué de la función analítica muestra su falla, cuando se localizan distintos fenómenos delusionales en la cura.

The analitic transference contains phenomena and also moves to locatable contructions in the psycotherapic boarding of madness. Both fields share, among other characteristics, the restlessness and the interrogation of the analysts in relation to the therapeutic activism. The transference has roots in the delusion. The laying of bridges between both fields illuminates the sources and the material of transference, enriches the technical baggage to approach madness through the psychoa nalysis and shows the reach of the abstinence principle. We conceived madness in terms of phenomena and events that can be situated in the transference more than from the outside of the experience. And we propose that the laying of bridges between delusion and the transference will contribute - by a side - to the design of devices that will allow a clinical practice defined by the reference to unconscious, facilitating - even if it fails - the zone of superposition between free association and floating attention. These conditions make the interpretation possible and promote its reach. On the other hand, it will be possible to interrogate what of the analytic function shows its fault, when different delusive phenomena and located in the cure.
