Incidencias de la identificación proyectiva : piedra fundamental del abordaje de la locura en la escuela inglesa de psicoanálisis. = The incidence of projective identification.

La Escuela Inglesa ha interrogado fenómenos alucinatorios o estados confusionales que suelen presentarse en el marco de las curas, encontrando en ellos no sólo una dimensión intrínseca de la transferencia analítica sino puntos de interés para el abordaje de la locura. Situamos aquí como fundamental la noción de Identificación Proyectiva. Aprovechar la riqueza que aporta nos permite independizarnos del saber psiquiátrico por un lado, al eludir una aspiración puramente clasificatoria y apartarnos del activismo terapéutico que recrea un maternaje invasivo, por otro. Para Klein, el uso masivo de la Identificación Proyectiva debilita o mutila el anclaje en el yo de la capacidad simbolizante, promueve una evacuación a la manera del splitting, con lo cual sublimación y reparación pierden su potencia. La Identificación Proyectiva tiene, en estos tiempos tempranos, la función de proteger al yo: es en su masividad que se vuelve mortíferamente riesgosa. Cuando esto se actualiza en transferencia exige del analista la abstinencia en el manejo y aquello que llamamos “alojar lo extraño”.

Analysts from the English school have opened, taking as point of departure transference situations in which are present hallucinatory or confusional status of mind, ways of thought that both shed light on a fundamental dimension of the analytic transference and allow to tackle madness in a new way. The cornerstone of this advance was Klein‘s notion of Projective Identification, whose rejection (denial) is jointly responsible of a practice which oscillates between speculations about the ultímate ratio of madness - whose compensation lies in the psychiatric knowledge about psychosis - and therapeutic activism which, at bestm is only able to clinically reinstall the coordinates previously unleashed. In Klein‘s mind, the appearance of Projective Identification hinders the anchorage of self ‘s symbolization, promotes an excess of self - mutilating evacuation and weakens symbolization. Although, in Klein ‘s view, the Projective Identification was conceived as a basic defense, it acquires the paradoxical quality of being as openly risky as potentially fruitful, like any operation that tries to revert the same thing that feeds it. Its emergence in the cure demands a conduct that combines both, abstinence and accommodation.
