| Nota de resumen, etc. | RESUMEN<br/><br/><br/>El presente trabajo se plantea como objetivo exponer, resumidamente, la existencia de un vinculo entre, por una parte los inicios y consolidación del estado nacional esta marcado por un fuerte rasgo presidencialista pero no republicano sino de corte paternalista que se plasmo en la redacción de la Constitución Nacional de 1853 y, por otra, ciertos rasgos del perfil psicológico de los sujetos políticos constatados a lo largo de distintos Proyectos UBACyT que venimos llevando a cabo desde 1998. La justificación para desarrollar este objetivo se sustenta, por una parte el actual interés que ha cobrado el presidencialismo como objeto de estudio y, por otra parte la falta de estudios centrados en el presidencialismo paternalista, siendo la forma de gobierno que, mayoritariamente, el poder se a valida para ejercer el mando en la Argentina; el punto crucial entre el presidencialismo como modalidad jurídico-política y su carácter paternalista es el grado de vigencia de su carácter republicano. En otras palabras hasta qué punto el Poder Ejecutivo se inserta en formas de control y límites o subroga la institucionalidad. |

| Nota de resumen, etc. | ABSTRACT<br/><br/><br/>The present work considers like objective to expose, in few lines, the relation between, on the one hand the beginnings and consolidation of the presidentialism but non-republican national state this marked with a fort characteristic but of paternalism cut that was writing in the National Constitution of 1853 and, by another one, certain characteristics of the psychological profile of the stated political subjects to long it of different Ubacyt Projects that we come carrying out from 1998. The justification to develop this objective is sustained, on the one hand the present interest that has received the presidencialism as study object and, on the other hand the lack of studies trims in the paternalist presidencialism, being the government form who, mainly, the power to been worth to command in Argentina; the crucial point between the presidencialism as legal-political modality and its paternalista character are the degree of use of its republican character. In other words to what extent the Executive authority is inserted in forms of control and limits or subrogates the institucionalidad. |
